Following the success of the September 2016 executive forum, Synpulse is pleased to announce the ‘Accelerating the Digital Transition to Operational Excellence’ event, to further promote awareness of the challenges facing senior executives in the UK Wealth Management industry. Our research suggests that the industry is facing imminent changes forcing wealth managers and private bankers to prioritise their initiatives and focus their resources. We invite thought leaders from the industry to come forward and shed some light on emerging trends in this space. Through a series of interviews we aim to explore the following top ‘priority themes’.

"Third Generation Operating Models in Wealth Management" Synpulse held an Executive Forum in London on the topic to discuss challenges and opportunities with key players from the Private Banking and Wealth Management community, as well as the leading providers of technology and process outsourcing services to the industry. The event was also the official launch of our UK operations, having established a London office earlier in the year. The event brought together the two critical sides in the context of operating models: the wealth managers and their providers. In addition to the shared drivers of change and challenges facing the industry, it was unanimously agreed that the new operating models can only succeed in much closer collaboration between the two sides, where from buyer and seller of technology and services, they develop the mutual trust to become true partners in business and grow client and shareholder value together.
